Very often. Almost always in fact. I hate wearing shoe. They're uncomfortable, confining, and not good your feet and legs in general. I usually don't have a problem being in places without shoes but if someone claims there is a health code issue with my being barefoot, I pull out a letter I carry from my state health dept. showing that no code exists preventing me from dressing the way I want.

In the summer on the beach maybe, or at a shoe store trying on sandals but that's about it. No Britney Spears or Nicole Richie for me these girls walk around outside on the ground and in gas station restrooms, it's like how nasty can you be, it's not like they're homeless and can't afford shoes, they're just gross.

Any place there is a pool or water park. Also, when I go to the doctor if I'm having an exam done.

All the time, for the past ten years and I intend to keep it up. It's not against the law, while many stores in the US have signs against it, many others do not!

Not usually, since there are signs such as 'No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service!'.
