21 yo daughter & 54 yo Mom want to move but where?

My daughter wants to go to school and I don't work. We want somewhere warm, safe, fun, interesting & people our age. I love the ocean & beaches. I love CA, she doesn't. We aren't rich but picky. Any ideas?

I have always loved TN, it never snows!!! But, if you want beaches you could go to New Mexico. Or FLorida
