Masturbation does not impact your eyesight.
As for 5 times a day, in principal, its fine. My only comment would be that if you try to ejaculate very quickly when masturbating, it will be hard to break that habit later. So you might want to try fewer, longer masturbation sessions. If you still want that many times a day, hey, fine. So duration of masturbation is something to worry about, times per day, not really.
