Looking for book from my childhood in which a chinaman drinks the sea, anybody know this book ?

Or, it could be "The 5 Chinese Brothers." That's the one I remember from my early reading days (1970s).

it sounds like one of the stories in rupert the bear, the annual or along those lines anyway, i definately remember a china man and a big flood
