Less than average intelligence, probably not quite an idiot. He is just a pawn, the words aren't his, some of what he is saying I don't even think he understands... that is why all questions must be submitted in advance, so others who know and understand have a chance to write answers. He is, however, a terrible speaker.

You poor sick puppy. What ARE you going to do after Jan 2009 when there is a new president? You've become so engrossed in your hatred you have become totally consumed.

Look up what the word means before you use it. Idiot hardly applies to G. Bush unless you are referring to some other G. Bush than the president.

And even IF G. Bush is an idiot. Why couldn't the best of the Democratic party beat him? Does that mean they are more incompetent than an idiot?

it's true he hasn't made perfect choices about all things in his life or even with his job but i'll bet no one is perfect all the time either and during war time , people are more on edge and everyone is a critic but everyone isn't worth listening to.
i happen to believe if we don't change radical islam, radical islam will come here and change us.
we changed europe and we changed japan from dictators to friendlies and hopefully with patience and time we will change the middle east. What a pity most humans have no patience when it comes to change.... MAYBE we westerners prefer plastic surgery instead of working out at the gym and watching our diet.
Bush has a tough job and anyone would have to be an idiot to run for president in the USA

To be fair, there are degrees of idiocy. Bush feeds himself (don't give him pretzels though) and he can read. Not well, but he can read.

His short-term memory is clearly going and he can't keep a train of thought.

I guess it depends on where you draw the 'idiot' line.

it depends on how much money you got......

if your ultra rich he is a genius

if you middle class or poor....he appears to be an idiot which really he is just an a s s h o l e, an idiot don't know that he is screwing over 90% of the population and a s s h o l e does!!

He seems to be the only person in Washington capable of reading tables of Treasury receipts.

He's still the President of the US.

There must be enough people, in Washington with enough faith to maintain his position..

I neither live in Washington, nor share their faith.
