They have lots of free knitting (and crocheting) patterns.

Knitty Gritty had a really attractive sweater that I am pretty sure you can wear off the shoulder. Go to www.DIYnetwork.com, and search for sweaters. (I like the second one alot!)

go to Knitty.com and look in their pattern archives. I believe there is at least one off the shoulder sweater pattern there.

Hmmm... I'm pretty sure Rave, TJ Maxx, Forever 21 may have some? I bought something like that from those stores.
