I love America and if people do not want to be free, be in charge of their own destinies, or need someone else to do their thinking for them, then that is just sad. Let them wallow around in the dark ages if they want. I am ready for us to pull out and go for an isolationist type of approach. The people that do hate America need to stop sticking out their palms hoping for a handout and if they really have any principles at all, stop selling oil to America. That would make a huge statement. No, they don't hate us as bad as they say. It's just posturing to keep their impoverished populace focused on something other than their own government's corruption. Everything wrong in the world is NOT America's fault.

The problem is with the government, and not the country as a whole.
This is why America works so well...it has a system where the people can keep or discard the leaders (most of the time).

So, no, I don't "totally hate America".
Any more than I "totally hate" Iran or China or North Korea.

Change comes from within.
Assuming that you are an outsider (i.e., non-American), I wouldn't expect you to understand that.
However, if you are an American citizen, then shame on you for entertaining such thoughts.
Get off your azz and get involved to make this place better.

No, I don't hate America. I hate George Bush. He's not for the people as he should be. He's screwin' over the people who voted him in. Hopefully when our new president comes in, all the other countries will realize that!
