perhaps. i was fluent 30 years ago, pero ahora he olvidado mucho.
in fact, in conversation w/ Spanish speaking people, it's the phrase i use most often.

More then likely, I just finished spanish 2 in high school and its fresh in my mind. Ask me a couple of years from now and it will be a different story.

depends...I know more french than spanish, but I usually get the idea. There are more latino than non- here in my neighborhood.
