Joint cicks are the result of air bubbles popping in your joint fluid. I do a lot of dance so my elbows and shoulders click all the time. However, if your knees click that much, there may be some sort of problem. I reccomend contacting your doctor.

My ankle has been doing it ever since I can remember. No problems with it though. I wouldn't worry about it unless it gives you alot of pain.I have missing cartlidge behind my kneecap. It is constantly sore/ locks up/ gives out. They shot cortizone in it. It helped a little with the pain but didnt last long.
I'm no doctor. I guess it's always best to see a doctor though. Especially if you are worried about it. Maybe he can schedule you for an MRI.

you shouldn't pass to the well being care provider. case in point, my mom reliable broke her toe, and she or he determined now to not pass to the well being facility because there is particularly no longer a lot they could be in a position to do for that. similar for this, if it replaced into damaged, you may want to recognize it. Your muscular tissues might want to were torn and your bone might want to were dislocated (for this reason the "clicking"). i do not advise persevering with activities for a couple of minutes. Your body continues to be attempting to heal itself and also you do not opt to disrupt this procedure. wish I helped!
