Not very. I've lived in Singapore for 1.5 years. I never seen any out and about, unless it was at the market or Zoo. Singapore is very urban. They're may be a few slithering in the parks or in the drainage system. If so, they keep their distance from humans. I never heard of the Reticulated Python brought up in a conversation while I lived in Singapore.
