What's the 23 deal...?

What's the big deal with 23? All I think of is Michael Jordan.

I think of Dr. Pepper.
I don't think there's a DEAL with it, there's just a lot of things that add up to the number 23. People are having too much free time, and they're adding up their social security numbers, driver's license numbers, BANK CHECK number and then dividing it or multiplying it by some random number and getting 23. It's just a common number, I think.
