There is no end of space because according to big bang theory the birth of our universe was from a single source through a big bang which occured billions, trillions years ago and since then universe has been expanding, so its the universe which must have an end and not space because univese is expanding in space.

Looking at some of the pictures NASA puts up on their Astronomy Picture of the Day site - the end of space can be best described by your own imagination. Is our galaxy like an atom with our sun at the center and the planets like electrons orbiting it. Do we plus all of the other galaxies combined make up the central nucleus or protoplast of a larger living organism that lives on a planet that orbits a sun in a galaxy that makes up an even larger being.

Hi!
Before we find the answer to your question, we have to define what is space. If space is the pervading medium that is found between objects , then space is present till there are objects which can be defined. If space itself is an object, then it becomes an endless entity which is found in this universe. Therefore, End of space depends upon our definition of space.

Just like the planet earth, I doubt that space is flat, though some scientists have guessed that it is. Isn't that a riot?

Why dose there have to be an end? Simply because it is such a difficult concept for us to wrap our minds around, it makes us seem so tiny and insignificant.......and that is hard for the human race to accept, so we like to place limits or boundaries on things that makes it easier for us to understand.......

space......time......pi......they go on forever
