You could try Vagisil powder - but you should make an appointment with your gynecologist. Use the powder to treat the smell, but get checked to see what is going on. If you have an infection of any kind going on, you could land yourself in the hospital with something pretty serious!

You can use over the counter products such as feminem wipes, spray, powder, etc. to help the smell. However, all of these are cover ups and will not treat it. If you have a foul smelling dicharge it is most likely an infection which you will need to go to the OBGYN for. They will determine exactly what it is, give you anti-biotics and it will be gone in a matter of days.

P.S. I would strongly discourage douching. Doctors say that it cleaneses a woman's natural lubricants which can actually cause infections.

There is a spray and/or powder called F.D.S that may help. Instead or along with toilet baby, a scented baby wipe might make you feel a little fresher as well as help with the odor. But like the other women said, you have to see your OBGYN. It's never fun to have to go address things that may be uncomfortable but as they also said, it is not normal. It's never a good idea to wait to have an obvious problem checked out. Early detection for anything helps reduce risks of potentially dangerous or harmful illness

You can douche, and that will help. But if the smelly discharge is not normal and has just started occuring, it might be wise to go to your gyno.
I started having smelly discharge (that wasn't normal) and i was diagnosed with HPV and pre-cancerous cells on my cervix. Not to scare you ... i had a painless procedure and am fine now.

You should really see a doctor about it. The discharge is probably a symptom of a larger problem.
