LOL, I am sure glad I havnt seen this fad! It use to be that dope dealers would wear rubber bands on their arms to signify there "profession", I highly doubt that its proably just them being "trendy" and idiots.

Yeah, it probably is gang-related. I wonder if it's required that they wear bedroom slippers outside too, because that's what's happening up here in Maine..

they don't want their gym shoes to get stains on them, don't ask, some weird faze. told my kids mine never did that. my children are not gang related so that's not it because then 3/4's of the school would be.

Well since I'm way older & don't have any teen anymore, I can only assume it's to keep from loosing their pants when they fall down from wearing them hanging halfway down their butt.
