Provide more information. What are your specific problems?

Just some general studying advice.

Do your homework the day it is assigned, right after your instructor has talked about it while it's still fresh in your mind.

Ask for tutoring when you don't understand something. Your teacher should be willing to answer questions. (I know some aren't... if yours isn't, talk to your guidance counsellor if you're in high school.)

Read your assignments once through and mark parts that you have questions about. Then read the chapter again slowly focusing on those parts you don't understand. Ask your teacher about the parts you don't understand.

A lot of Spanish is memorization and practice. Make flash cards of the words and phrases you're having trouble with and review them for a few minutes every day.

Take advantage of tutors and study groups. And also, you have to try hard. These things are not going to come easy to you if you don't do the work. For some it comes harder than others, if you are one of those people, you need to try even harder. But don't get discouraged and pace yourself.
