I can't figure out how to find out what my graphics card is (type, power, etc). It came with the computer, and I want to know how to find it's specs.

I have Windows XP SP2

Right click My Computer and then click Properties. Go to the Hardware tab then click the Device Manager button. Click the "+" next to Display Adapters and that will show you your video card.

Go into your Control Panel, click on System, look for the tab that says Hardware, click on Device Manager and look down the list for Display Adapters.
Right click on the adapter and open proerties, its all there.
