2. What races/heritage are documented as having or not having this RH factor in their blood and has science determined it's function or purpose in the blood?

I know from research that certain blood variants, such as sickle cell affect a disproportionate number of those people's whom have African descent. Is Rh a condition such as this?

Please forgive the language, I know it's incorrect, but I think it's clear what I am asking. Thanks.

I'm not quite sure what your asking so forgive me if this doesn't help any, but my mom found out she was RH Negitive when she was pregnant with me. My mom is in no way any part of an African descent.
You may want to do more research on this.
