Oh and I was born with it. Do you think there's anything I can do to cover them up or reduce the size of them, if possible? Please be kind. Thank you.

Apply Preparation-H under your eyes. This is not a smart arsed joke. It actually helps a lot of people with this problem. It does the same thing as "special" eyebag creams that can cost 5x as much.

if you were born with them then they are probably a genetic trait that you cant change without massive surgery. First off, consider if you have allergies or sensitive, eyes and skin. Sometimes bags can worsen with allergies and irritations. Limit your salt intake and eat lots of antioxidants (green veggies and blueberries) Try to limit caffeine intake. I cant say this will make them dissapear but they could become less noticeable. Also if you are female, experiment with different eye makeups (glasses and colored contacts if you need them) rather than trying cover up concealers all the time. If you dramatize or highlight certain areas of your eyes or lips, it could take the attention away from your bags. Look at Oprah on TV, sometimes she has bags and sometimes she doesnt seem to have any....too bad we cant ask her!

There are special creams that you use for that & can even buy at WalMart
Also, get more REST...

well how old ARE YOU ??? plus eat health and get plenty of rest dont get surgery thou because no1 likes a fake
