I have a 2005 sportmans ho my headlights are blowing up in side the light case when ever I use my wench?

Sounds like you don't have enough power to operate the kights and the wench at the same time. Do you have a separate relay for the wench? If not and you are running it straight off the battery, this could be the problem. It could be causing a power surge when you engage the wench. If anything the lights should be dimming when you use it.
