Revlon Bedroom Eyes?

Powder Liner.I just bought some how do I apply it without getting it all over?

Ok thanks...but a couple of details it's part of the new limited edition collection. It's powder liner in a bottle(like liquid eyeliner comes in).The applicator is big so when I applied it(for the first time) I got a really thick line and powder all over my cheeks and nose.

try using a slightly damp makeup brush or eyeshadow applicator(those little sponge things on a stick) i get the same look as the "bedroom eyes" by layering dark eyeshadow around liner area, then use a kohl pencil, smudged with finger and topped off with a little liquid liner to make a good dark edge.
