The language / accent.
Slower lifestyle in the South.
Cheaper.
Lots of space to help you think.
Friendlier.

I wouldn't believe the stereotypes that all Southerners are dumb, slow, and racist. You can find some good people around here.
Northerners tell people that they don't like them while some Southerners kind of hold that in.

Miami, Houston, Atlanta, and Phoenix are some southern cities that Northerners might like. Charleston, SC is a somewhat good city also.

The South seems to be slower although there are some metro hubs..People in the South always speak and to strangers no less.. Nicer atmosphere..Good Food.. Home-Made Iced tea no, Nestea
Waffle Houses and Piggly Wigglies. Mr. Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper

The North is cold, uncaring, "dog eat dog" atmosphere. People barely part their lips to say thank you or excuse me..

If your missing some of the North, move to a more metro area of the south like Atlanta, Dallas, or Miami
