She may or may not be a spoilt brat. It all depends on her parents and how the treat money. If they are really good about it and only give her a small allowance and don't let her have everything she wants, she might be really normal and just like everybody else. If they treat her like a princess though, she might want to act like one and expect everybody else to always be nice to her and do whatever she wants them to do.

Lucky! Providing of course he instills values in you and the family that while you may have money and are able to buy what other kids do not get that flaunting your fathers influence (cash) is not going to be an attribute if you treat people who have less than you like they are second class citizens. Be considerate not to brag about your affluence. If you can offer your second hand clothes (that you might normally throw away or give to a goodwill) to someone in your school who you know has little.

Hard to get married off.
Been the upper middle class delime for hundreds of years. Sucks man bust your butt off to be sucessfull and then you find out that your daughters are hard to get rid of.
Hope you like Dad's business -- might be some good coat-tails to ride.
