While the phone is on, take the battery out...this is similar to re-booting a computer. It just could be frozen. Also, the call center can't help until a tech at a store looks at the phone. There is a one yr man. warr to all equipment or if you have insurance, it should be covered for a replacement.

the respond on your question is easy. do no longer take the decoy telephone off the shelf at some electronics save and get in touch with it your telephone. there's a technique you will desire to do to get cellular telephone provider. a million. flow to a kiosk for in spite of supplier you elect (Verizon, ATT, sprint, T-cellular, and so on.) 2. elect your telephone and plan with an associate. 3. Be arranged to spend money, in all probability approximately $a hundred and fifty that day. 4. telephone will settle for to you and you will possibly have the potential to call, and do different stuff on it.

Call your customer service department (usually 611) and see if the phone is under warranty and have it replaced.

What phone do you have? Because I have a RAZR V3 and that happens to mine sometimes. If your phone is still under warranty take it to your carrier and replace it. http://www.rfshieldbox.com
