Are dell monitors able to use other desktops

you can use any brand with a Dell monitor....I could use an HP computer and hook it up with my gateway computer.. they all work alike and with each other..

Any monitor can be used on any computer at anytime as long as it has the right connection type.

Just plug it into anything you want.
A monitor doesn't need a specific computer.
