15 egg whites a day? 15 is not too much, but is he also eating some fruits and vegetables, whole wheat bread and low fat dairy? Is he remembering to drink 2-4 litres of water a day to stay well hydrated.

I guess it's ok to eat 15 egg whites a day to lose weight, but he also need to eat other things too. Is he eating nuts and seeds for protein? Milk also has protein in it.

Tell him I said good luck losing weight and getting fit. It's hard work, but it's worth it to be fit and healthy and live a long life!

Cheers

Does he eat anything else, or ONLY boiled eggs.... If thats all he is eating, does he take other supplements. He could be seriously lacking in other vitamins and nutrients.
