I would say tell them when YOU are comfortable and have spoken to an OB/GYN and your partner about it. I wish you the best of luck with your baby/s. I say 'baby/s' because I'm a twin!

First off, are you saying 2-3 weeks past conception? Because if so, then you are 4-5 weeks pregnant--they count from the beginning of your last menstrual period, approximately two weeks before conception.

As for when you should tell people--that's a very personal decision. I've had several very early miscarriages, so I try to wait until I'm through the first trimester before sharing the news with anyone but my husband. In general, ask yourself this question--"how would this person react if something happened and I'm not pregnant or I miscarry?" If you think they would be supportive and loving, then feel free to share. If you think it would strain your relationship or feel awkward to tell them, then wait a bit.

Congratulations and good luck!

I would let your mom know maybe even your sis but I wouldn't go around and really tell anyone else just incase. But Definetly take a test as well. It would be hard to tell the people that think you are preg that you really weren't. Hope all goes well!!!

Well you can tell them when ever you feel it is a good time to tell them. I would wait till you have taken a at home test to just make sure before saying anything though but it is your body so you know it best.

On average people wait till at least the second or third month. Just to ensure all is going well.

Parents and siblings you may want to tell for the support and celebration.

It's up to you but i would wait just incase. You should definatley get tested to make sure, so you don't have to tell people it was a false alarm or something.

No, it isn't too soon to tell you immediate family, but it is a little too soon to tell everyone else. I didn't wait to tell anyone. How could I?
