Do the breast enhachment pills you see on tv and hear on the radio actually work??Will those make you sick is it just a gimmick..or will it be better just to get the surgery?

As this has been asked at least five times a week here on YA, the answer is still NO THEY DO NOT WORK.
ONLY surgery and gaining tons of weight work.
IF they actually worked, noone would be going to see a PS for augmentation surgery.

No it will not be better to get surgery. Natural breasts are best no matter what size. If there's any way you can learn to love yourself for who you are then I suggest doing that. Only time I would be for breast implants is if a girl is totally flat and then only enough to get her to an A cup, or maybe a small B. What size are you?

There's no simple enlargement process.
Best to enjoy what's there naturally. Even men who prefer large breasts MUCH prefer small but natural to large and artificial.
Remember that what men are most interested in are the nipples.

I can't say...but seems to me, if it were that easy, why would everyone pay all that money for plastic surgery?!
