We all have ups and downs - very normal...

Our moods can vary according to our environment, diet, sleep, reactions to those around us, regular bodily cycles, weather, air pressure, lunar cycles, etc...

If you can identify the conditions on the days when you feel strong and reproduce those on the low days, it will help ease the roller-coaster ride.

As for insecurity, this is a fear-based emotion. To overcome fear, we need to gradually increase our exposure to that which we are afraid of and master it. Practice makes perfect and with each attempt at confronting our fear, we should become more and more at ease with the situation and in control.

It's the up and down levels of chemical substances serotonin and dopamine which are responsible for the transference of nerve impulses in our brain. Low level of these substances triggers the feeling of unworthiness.

I think it's to do with a couple of things.... the time of the month it is and the level of certain hormones in the body greatly affect our mood and outlook on life.... and i also think the moon...which affects water balance in the body...greatly affects this...
