Most places that sell makeup will be happy to advise you on what to use, and how to use it for free - the Bodyshop and Boots certainly do. This way you don't end up wasting money on products you don't want or need.

It's easy. First I'd recommend starting with one light natural looking shade. Covergirl sells individual shades for about $3.00 at Walmart and they're great. Then you just use the little "wand" and apply it over your entire lid.
If you want to move up from that- buy several shades or a compact with more than one shade.
Take the lighter shade and apply it across your brow bone- yes, this is your eyebrow bone. :) Then cover your eyelid with the darker shade. Use your fingertip or a cosmetic brush to lightly blend the two colors so there is no distinctive line. This makes the makeup look much prettier.
That's all there is to it. The great thing about makeup is that it is forgiving. Practice, practice practice- it washes off and you can put more on.
I hope this helps you out!

I never use to use eyeshadow but from the first time i used it i liked it and i wear it every day now. Your the best person to apply your eyeshadow because you know exactly how you want it. The bestway to apply is start in the corner and work your way out, if you think that youve made a mess use a cotton bud to neaten it up.

ok start by getting a really light color like pink chiffon from covergirl and put it on eyelid all the way up to under neath eyebrow then find a light brown color and put it just on the crease of eyelid after you have done that brush over all of it with a makeup brush to get all excess eyeshadow off but do not brush too much or all will come off then you just put mascara on and your ready to go.

I don't have images but if you really want help you should go to a Good friend and ask them to apply it too themselves then you try if you do it wrong just wash it off with makeup remover and start again. Its not that hard once you have done it Once or twice.

Calvin~ the key's mixing- initiate with a impartial coloration throughout as much as the brow- placing the canvas for even coloring... i circulate with a darker colours on the exterior corner in & up fairly, then a hotter -sunset-ish like coloration leaving room on the best for a mild- pink tone -mixing & feathering as you circulate grants an attractive & unique style- I persist with with sponge applicators & combination with small, delicate brushes. Oh, i exploit to be a variety if that helps. stable success. Love you!

First apply a light color to your entire eyelid ( maybe a light pink, or light light brown)
Then apply a darker color to your crease.
Then apply a whitish color to your brow bone.
