When the lakers just played the cavs, even though the cavs won kobe shut lebron down with 6-22 shooting and only 4 assists. Kobe on the other hand had 36 points 0 mised from the free throw line and had 8 assists. SO i'd take kobe because he's a better shooter and has made the all nba first defensive team 7 yrs in a row

Well, LeBron has time to catch up, but right now, with Kobe's accomplishments, especially during this season and the previous season, if they were both to retire tomorrow, Kobe would be the definite pick between the two.

I don't fully understand the question...
Who's better right now?.....Kobe(still has a seven year window to play at the top of his game)
On potential?....Lebron(only 21, and we still don't know how good he can become.Maybe he put's in work and becomes the greatest ever, or he becomes the next Dominique Wilkins) Remember there is no I in team!!! But there is one in W..I...N!

Kobe. We can't just take players like Lebron and Wade that are just getting their feet wet and say that they are better than a man that has been dominating the game and has 10 seasons under his belt. Give them time to see if they last.

Lebron. Kobe is a ball hog who only cares about himself and winnning. Lebron is way cooler and he could school Kobe any day.
