put the phone in a weird place like a micro wave or garbage compactor, turn it on and listen on the other extension while you have a friend on the phone to hear what it would sound like if you were in there? we used to do that when we were teens, my mom got mad cause i broke the antenna.....

That never happened to me or i never tried or did that. What i do is use a mobile phone near by my computer and my computer makes weird sounds. Don't know why but it's freaky.

Yes, we used to turn it on and leave it in the $hitter right before may dad went in to take a gynormous KRAP. it was priceless... Oh, the hours of entertainment... Good times...
