Why are you so worried about that? Did someone you love get it?
Well, mainly lumps, nipple discharge, peau d'orange (skin keeps wrinkled in a part of the breast, and feels like orange peel).
If you have a lump or something, go to a gyn and ask him of her for a breast sonography

First don`t worry about it at your age your hormones are more active this can cause bumps and small lumps etc in your breasts. But since you are obviously worried about it go see your doctor and explain your fears for your own satisfaction and peace of mind. Hey he / she won`t bite. Unless the name is Dr Dracula then stay away.

If you feel a lump, ask about it at the doctor. Look at like cdc.gov for good advice about diseases and such.

you're too young... but it's good to massage your breasts daily, it helps circulate lymphatic fluid which makes yuo less likely to get breast cancer, and it will also help you detect a lump early if you do get cancer.
