It might not be a good idea to purchase food online and have it delivered to your home. After all, you do not know how safe the food you are ordering is and the prices might cost more than what you would purchase at a grocery store.

Don't know if you're interested in a delivered diet plan, but Nutri-System (they have commercials on ESPN a lot) sells their food online, but no fresh fruit, vegetables, or milk. Plus it's mostly pre-made meals designed to help you lose weight. That's all I know in MI.

Netgrocer.com or peapod.com maybe. Safeway also delivers.
