It is of clear quality on PC cause it is of small lenght and width on ma PC.But when i made it on VCD using nero it's quality decreased and it appears to be sterched.How do i make it to appear clear on VCD???

Can i make a DVD on a CD??My movie is of 700 mb.Or do i hve 2 make it on a DVD??

You are basically taking a DVD quality movie and trying to fit it on a CD, it just won't work so to be able to fit it on a CD the quality has to be drastically decreased. That is why you are seeing that...my suggestion would be to burn it to a DVD (if you don't have a DVD burner, they are very cheap).
