i went to the doctor on monday to get an exam and discuss my issue getting pregnant. my bf and i have been tryin for over 7 months and nothing's happened. the doctor told me since im still young, they dont worry about not conceiving until we've tried longer than a year. she gave me some advice, but i need to know what is the best to eat when youre trying to get pregnant? i was kinda nervous about asking her. does anyone out there know something to help keep me the healthiest? kinda a stupid question, i know..

Actually you should not have too much of one vitamin/mineral as it can be bad for the baby. You need a balanced amount of each.

A Balanced diet with lots of fruit and veggies. Limit your carbs and red meats and sweets.
I went to the doctor after trying for six months complaining that I wasn't pregnant, and I found out I was two days later.
Just be patient...don't trick your body into thinking you are not ready by stressing out about it.

sure, that is okay. I lost an mind-blowing quantity of weight with my final being pregnant. no remember how plenty I ate, I saved dropping. when I had her i became in basic terms 6 pounds heavier than when I have been given pregnant. looks the little tyke became sucking up each and each of the nutrition and leaving me none. She have been given what she mandatory although. She became 3 weeks early and 8lbs 4oz. Like my well being care expert informed me, as long simply by fact the toddler is turning out to be commonly, that is okay for mom to lose. that is going to truly make you drained and wore down although! do purely no longer attempt to shed pounds on purpose. the toddler's nutritional needs would desire to be compromised.

Lots and lots of vitamin A- sweet potatoes, carrots, sqaush etc.... You need to also supplement that with other nutrients because it's only absorbed correctly and becomes effective if you eat the other correct vitamins with it- they kind of all work in conjunction.

7 months is nothing. get married and stop trying to get pregnant. Once you stop trying to make yourself pregnant its MUCH easier to make a baby.

Take a prenatal, exercise, eat a well balanced healthy diet. Whole grains. veggies, fruits, lean meats, and low fat dairy.
