There may be something wrong with your monitor or your video card. Swap out one or the other and try again.
You know what? Check the cables first. Make sure everything is plugged in nice and secure.

Make sure that your monitor is plugged into your PC and also into the correct VGA port (if there are more than 1). Do you hear any beeps? If there is just one short beep, there is probably a problem with your monitor because the one short beep means that it POSTed and everything tested good in the system. If you hear other beeps, that indicates a problem...post what you hear.

if there is a beep sound, then your RAM has come out of the chipset. if there is no sound then check the external wiring especially between the CPU and the monitor. if wiring is checked and still no response then test the SMPS connection and data cable connection to the hard drive and chipset.

have you made sure all of you molexs and wires are hooked up correctly, and check by the motherboard on the back of your case to make sure everything is connected
