It's probably going to depend on the person whom you chose to read about. If it's someone famous from many years ago, like Abraham Lincoln, there is going to be tons of stuff on him--some bibliographies will be short and concise, while others will be lengthy. I'm not familiar with just one or two particular sites except maybe Wikipedia Dictionary as a starting point.

I'm not sure what you are asking. As site where you can learn how to made a bibliography or one where you can get a bibliography for a specific project. If you are looking for a specific bibliography, one would first have to know what your project is. If you are looking for a place to make a proper bibliography page, check this out:

The OWL at Purdue University is an excellent resource for all academic writing questions. It will teach you how to write up research papers, from taking notes to the correct form for a works cited page. In addition, there is a web site called "Son of Citation Machine" that will help you generate a properly written entry in a works cited list in any of the commonly used academic research formats: MLA, APA and Turbian.

http://www.easybib.com
that shows you how to make a bibliography, and you can print it out for free and stuff.
if you need to do research and get information,
go to
http://www.dogpile.com
and search your topic
or
http://www.google.com
and type in your topic, either one works
or you can go to the library and research the old fashioned way, but it takes a lot longer
