The only thing that will cause your penis to grow is Mother Nature. If you are still in puberty you can expect further growth. If you are past puberty, learn to love what you've got.

You can get surgery very effective but wont feel the same again. Even after surgery you have to hang weights from it and stuff from it to lengthen it
You can get fat injections to make it thicker they are safer
