If you are in a relationship then hell yes its cheating. If you don't care if your partner is cheating at home while you are cheating in another city, then you are not in a relationship. Valentine's Day would be the least romantic day to cheat don't you think?

God no, but remember, it's gotta be done betwwen 12 am and 11:59 pm, otherwise it is considered cheating, but only if you do it on her side of the bed.
