When i do a cold water load, it takes an hour to fill up and an hour to rinse. Due to there only being a trickle to fill the washer. This is only on cold water cycles???

check the filter where the cold water line connects to the water valve on the back of your washer. you just turn off the water, take off the hose, clean out the screen

a2 possibilities #1 a kink in the hose.... most unlikely.
#2 in one end of your hose there is a screen. It plugs up. Remove it and clean it . In the inlet of the washing machine there is another screen remove and clean it . While your at it do both hot and cold. and ask your self how did this floor get so dirty lol seems like one problem just leads to another . Did you remember to shut the water off before you found out how hard it is to turn the hose end off. look at all that water #*#*#*

There is a blockage in the hose. Take the hose off at the machine, you will see probably some calcium deposit. Clean it out very well or replace the hose. If you keep looking in the hole you should also see a small metal or plastic screen. Take that out and clean it as well.

I agree that blockage is most likely the problem. Check to see if there is a good flow coming out of the faucet. Most of the supply hoses have a screen filter and it may be clogged...Good Luck...
