The concept of ‘Open Systems’ is important in every organisation. There must always be a constant interaction with his environment (shares information). different Department in any organisation needs different information for them to carry out their job. Give example Marketing, Production and HR the kind of Information/report they might need from Finance Department.

All we in Sales and Marketing would need from Finance Dept. would be, are the bills being paid on time (if at all), and whether the monthly sales commissions had been worked out correctly!
