I did have sore breasts, these have gone and they dont seem to be any fuller than normal. Also I have some cramping that feels like period pains. Am i likely to miscarry?

Hiya
the period like pains could be where the womb is stretching to accommodate your baby.
When I was pregnant 4 years ago I did not have any signs of pregnancy until I was 6 weeks and had a bleed which was nothing but my body adjusting to being pregnant.

Check out this web page as it gives you more information.

Above all I would say rest and take it easy but if you are really unsure see your doctor or nurse they will understand how you are feeling and be a great help and support to you.
Good luck and remember to take it easy.

I found out that I was 4 weeks pregnant last week and I had no signs to say that im pregnant besides a miss period. Over the last week I have started to have a dull pain in my lower stomach but I have been reassured that it is just growing pains making room for the baby. Although I will double check with the doctor when I go today. They say that your boobs can start to hurt about 6 weeks onwards but some people can get them from the very beginning or not at all. Unless you have bleeding that is bright red then I would not worry about mis-carrying as being stressed is not good for the baby. If you are really worried, please consult your doctor asap. Good Luck

Not all women have symptoms that last a long time. If you're only four weeks, before you scare yourself, it's normal to have period like cramping around the time you would normally expect your period. When I found out I was pregnant my husband looked at me and said "You're pregnant!" But I would have bet my paycheck that I was going to start my period because that's how I felt. I'm now 25 weeks and doing just fine :) Most pregnancy symptoms don't get into full force until you're between 6 and 8 weeks, so try to relax and wait it out. It's hard, but you can do it. Congrats on the pregnancy and my prayers are with you!

Everyone is different, so you will just have to wait and see, but I also lost the sore boobs and had pains, they are just implantation pains I expect, nothing to worry about. There is no way of knowing if you will miscarry, but what you describe sounds like how I felt at the beginning of my pregnancy, and I now have a 4 year old, so dont stress over it, you will feel a few twinges and cramps, so just try and take t easy for now.

I am also pregnant(around 5.4weeks) i had cramps from the day I found out I was pregnant until just a few days ago. They say some cramps are normal, if they are no worse than period cramps. Its very hard to be told not to worry, but try not to. Unless the pains get really bad and are followed by spotting or bleeding. Good Luck To you

You wouldn't notice much change in your breasts until you start to produce milk, in the later part of your pregnancy. If the cramping is painfull, or worrying you in the slightest, you should check in with your doctor. They can best advise you on what to do, if anything, and ease your mind. It's natural to be unsure or concerned about the changes you will go though, especially since it sounds like it's your first pregnancy. I found things much easier if I talked to people and read up on the subject. All the best for you and your child. They are worth it all in the end!

That is normal for your symptoms to come and go. I wouldnt think that you were going to miscarry because of lack of symptoms or slight cramping. All normal. Dont worry hon, you will be alright and feel blessed you arent dying from sore breasts and heartburn right now. Good luck and CONGRATS!!

If you are worried go to the doctor. It's possible or you might just be more comfortable now because you know what is going on. When you are pregnant your ovaries get sore and tender, can sometimes feel like cramps. The best way to know for sure is to go to the doctor. My first pregnancy I was constantly at the doctor but i needed to be for the professional reassurance.

The breast's will have not much to do with it, they will come and go in the first trimester depending on the individual, the cramping worries me. Do yourself a favor and lay down. Literally that's what my doc told me, I had cramping and a bit of blood and he said ,"go to bed and stay there for a day or two" and I did and was fine afterwards. However if the cramping gets worse, call your doctor or go to the ER.

I would go and get checked out. Although not everyone has symptoms and they do scome and go, they shouldn't just disappear suddenly.

It is normal to get some pains, but they are usually more achey and are from the uterus stretching. If they are bad pains definitley get checked out asap.

I had a miscarriage just over 2 weeks ago and my pains didn't actually start until after I started bleeding and only lasted a while. But some women get them really bad before they miscarry.

Try not to worry too much but I would get checked out to be on the safe side x
