Im small aswell :)
I've found that Topshop do small sizes like 6 in petite that fit perfectly on me so i would definately reccommend it.
Warehouse aswell do size 6 in stylish tops / jeans etc.
Jane norman also do size 6 but it is a little expensive to be buying all your clothes from there.
New look's 915 range have some nice clothes aswell.
My main problem is buying jeans! They normally fit fine round the waist but are too long in the leg! Soo annoying! Do you have a similar problem?
Most shops now are selling all ranges of sizes from 6-16 as they have finally realised that people are different shapes and sizes!
Anway,, Hope i've helped :)

Before I had my son I used to wear clothes from the kids section at Old Navy, I am not so skinny anymore, but I see nothing wrong with that. It is hard to find stuff to fit if you are small and short. My sis is 23 and she has a size 2 - 3 shoe, she has to buy kids shoes. She hates it cause they are never as cute as adult ones. Especially dress shoes. But they are cheaper. We have 4 sisters I am the tallest at 5'3". 2 of them are not even 5 ft. neither is my mom. My 2 brothers are about 5'7". I say go ahead and shop their if it fits, and can be pulled off by an adult. My 31 sis shops at aeropostale pretty much solely, I always tease her that she dresses like a 14 year old. I don't have as much problem in length because I wear heeled shoes and my pants are bot to long that way. I am close enough to a normal height I guess.
