I would have to go for the Beatles. They are the only band that I have ever heard of that had an album in the number one position that was only knocked out of number one by another one of their albums TWICE. See the link below, it's pretty cool if you like Beatles trivia. =)

I am TOTALLY with you! The Beatles are the best band of all time! Rolling Stones have stayed together too long and are a bunch of old geezers. The Who are just weird. I LOVE THE BEATLES!

All 3 bands are legendary & have had a major influence on the music scene.
But the Beatles get my vote.

Songwriting advantage to the Beatles
Singing /musical ability advantage to the Who
Show quality advantage to the Stones
Overall, it would be best to have the Stones plan the show, and the Who performs a song written by the Beatles. Then you get the best attributes of each part.

Stones.
Nothing against the Beatles but fate's been tough on them. Had George and John still been alive I'm sure I would've said the Beatles since they would've done another big tour like the Stones' back in '04 with those Fenway Park dates.

Wow tough one, they're all to be respected. But I would have to say The Beatles - classic, you can't beat a classic. Now the Rolling stones have their same "classic" feel, but in a different way - i'm not a fan of theirs personally. The Who sooooo originial, and diverse. But everyone is different.
