Healthy goldfish grow about 4-5 inches a year. Your fish, if you aren't overstocked, should reach full size in 2-3 years.

Growth rate depends a lot of how much food they are getting (as well as the general condition of the water).

They grow pretty fast if you give them proper diet of two times of food time. One time blood worms and the other times drops.
