We all wish we knew what the inches of mercury (vacuum) in your intake system at idle. Your power brake booster needs a minimum of 6 inches of merc.to operate properly. Give us your cam. specs. Too much intake and exhaust duration will murder you on the street. Anything over 222 degrees of duration @ .050 is excessive. You can increase the lift to .492 intake and exhaust. Chevrolet part number 24502586 has duration of .218 on the intakes and 228 on the exhaust side @.050 lift. lift is .492 on both intake and exhaust. this is a hydraulic roller ( LT4 hot cam) as listed in the GM Performance 06 Catalog.
