well, potential wise Ballack is better than Lampard but he is yet to prove it. Lampard is a consistent performer but Ballack can perform better than him but very rarely perfors so i guess i might have to go with Lampard although Lampard isn't that consistent when it comes to internationals. Ballack performs better @ internationals than Lampard but again isn't consistent enough.
So all in all Lampard is a little bit better.
But Che$ki still suck!!

i think you should look at the chelsea team nw and tell me who is better!.ballack is so bad that he is being booed in the bridge of all places,6 months u could make an arguement,but then ballack came to chelsea and showed how bad he is compared to lampard....... and who said ballack can pass with both foot,and he is one of the best passer in the game......rubbish,i havent seen him make an decent pass with his good right foot,let alone talk about the left....well lampard? in assist and clear cutting passing,just ask drogba.will tell u
you know i love Germany alot and they are my favourite team but i dont like Michael Ballack much in chelsea i dont think chelsea is his team

Lamps is by far better. Ballack hasn't made a splash since joining the blues. He also had a terrible WC, as did Lamps but Lamps has been the more solid player through out his career, in my opinion.

As you can see if you check the links, Michael Ballack is much more of an experienced player than Lampard Frank, though Frank stats are more of a rookie.

i think it's lampard because after ballack's arrival at chelsea he is not the one he used to be at munich but lampard is the same master blaster he used to be.

6 months ago, I rated Ballack higher.
Today, I rate Lampard higher at a domestic level.
On the international level, EVERYONE is better then Lampard.
