I never heard it called global warming before this year. In my 40 years on the planet, we always called it "winter."

Yes, it's ironic...and funny. Just like when Nancy Pelosi opened her mouth and the next day there were icicles on the oranges in California!

The whole global warming issue will be one ofthe larger political issues of the next decade. On one side there are those who belive that warming is a natural event that can not be stopped ot prevented, that may not be a bad thing or even one that should cause concern. The other side sees warming as a way to increase taxes through enviromental legslation, control the choices of free men through restrictions on the market, and build a one world government that would dictate the conduct of the worlds people. It is not that AMerica has become totally dumb it is that the left has found another scare tactic with which to advance thier agenda of more controll, less liberty, and a smaller life all while ignoring the restrictions they seek to impose on others. The inconvenient truth about globalwarming and those who embrace it as a condition created by man is that they are facist in nature and must be stopped before we lose our freedoms

Hilarious. I don't believe all this nonsense about global warming, climate change etc. Three hundred or so years ago, Europe suffered a period of intense cold. It was possible to walk across the River Thames at some times. The fact remains that there has always been extremes of weather since time began. Don't let people fool you into thinking that global warming exists. It doesn't

Global warming is a Global Trend. Taking localized incidents to justify denying what over a thousand of the worlds top scientist are saying is Naive.

Global warming causes both heating and cooling trends as ocean currents change do to in influx of run off from the polar ice caps. It is also an El Nino year which is causing some pretty unseasonal weather.

Global warming CAUSES the unusually cold weather, and the unusually severe snowstorms.

The "warming" occurs at the earth's poles, melting the ice caps and thus lowering the temperature of the oceans.

Ocean temperatures are what determine weather conditions.

For all you neigh-sayers out there - are you sure there is not global warming.
What if all that pollution was going into your house or into your body. What do you think would happen.
