Is a "Turpentine" an English Tree? If not then I would have to say that the answer would be a "pine" tree because of all the resin in the leaves and timber. I know from My own experience that pine cones burst into flame even when wet.

Not sure if the white Birch is an English tree or not but it will burn wet or dry lol.
