I've seen some people that wear flip-flops all year round. I have personally seen someone wearing flip-flops in the middle of winter and the temp was 35 degrees. Why do some people do that?

Yea. Like weird!
They might possibly be rejecting cultural norms. People often become disenchanted with trends and rebel. Wearing something obviously out of place is usually a statement.
OR, they are really lazy and flip-flops are the epitome of Lazy.

they probably do that because they want to get there toes froze off or they think sandals are comfortable you can wear flip flops in the winter but with socks ok thats all happy valentines day and god bless you

I recently wore flip-flops in 16 degree weather with the reason simply being "I couldn't wait to wear them." And plus they look really cool esp. with jeans.

I wear sleeveless tops/shirts all year long; I just don't suffer from coldness and hate to sweat, what's wrong with that? I mean, why can't people dress up/wear whatever makes them more comfortable without being starred at?;) My body inner temperature is higher than normal, so I feel constantly warm, is that a crime?;)

I guess they think they think they are "Hot!!!" Umm....NO! hello! Dress for the seasons people!!!!!!!!! I guess they want it to be sumer all year round......
